• Serenity First: The Matago residence is a quiet haven. Respecting everyone’s peace is essential. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the terrace and in common areas.
• Party Policy: For nightlife and celebrations, please enjoy the lively Center Port or local venues. Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited within the apartment and the residence.
• Nighttime Quiet Hours: Complete silence is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Neighborhood complaints may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Balcony & Garden Etiquette

• Exterior Aesthetic: To maintain the building's appearance, hanging laundry or towels over balcony railings is strictly forbidden.
• Landscaped Grounds: The lawns are purely ornamental and not play areas.
• Please do not walk on the grass, play games, or picnic on the lawns.

Non-Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• Any lingering smoke odor may result in a deposit deduction.

Pets

• Pets are strictly not allowed.

Use of Amenities

Guests agree to:

• Keep furniture in its original place
• Use air conditioning responsibly (keep doors and windows closed while running)
• Turn off lights and electrical equipment when leaving the apartment
